From a 200-1 outsider at the start of the contest to securing almost 60% of votes Corbyn, he and his team have ran an outstanding campaign which has inspired thousands. The Labour Party now stands at over half a million members and registered supporters and since the leadership announcement 24 people have joined the party every minute.”
“With Jeremy Corbyn we now have a leader that can offer people hope of change across the UK. He has made it clear that under his leadership Labour will be unequivocally anti-austerity and will instead invest in people. We will have a relentless focus on reducing poverty and inequality, defending workers’ rights, delivering fair pay and protecting the public services that people rely on.”
“With Jeremy and Tom Watson, who is an outstanding campaigner with a record of standing up to vested interests, we are building a movement that can deliver social justice across the UK.
